Introductions are in order! Here is a little about me before we talk about you.

I was born in Baltimore, Maryland, I am the son of an architect which explains my handwriting, I grew up in the heydays of the 80’s Saturday morning cartoons with a bowel sugar-coated cereal, Otter-pops, summer breaks spent exploring in the woods, skateboarding and daily after school life lessons from He-Man and GI Joe.

I travelled from Baltimore to Ocean City, MD to Orlando, FL before getting an itch to head west (must have been all that Apple II Oregon Trail time in grade school) and landing in Reno, NV, “The Biggest Little City in the World” before heading back to Maryland to come full circle.

In my time I have worked some big and small names, getting an incredible mix of experiences and tales to tell along the way. I've been a print shop designer, in-house designer, agency designer, freelance designer/art director and design educator. There are a lot of hats on my rack.

I am visual storyteller and creative noise maker. Clever, crafty, spontaneous, problem-solver, funny, easy going and creative are just a few of the words that clients and peers have used to describe me (their words, not mine – honest).

As an experienced veteran of the graphic design and marketing industry, my experiences have covered:

  • Brand identity and logo design

  • Print design: identity packages, stationery, menus, product packaging, annual reports, brochures, direct mail, themed events, club and concert posters, and a lot more…

  • Brand development with implementation across multiple channels

  • Direct mail marketing and email templates

  • Environmental graphics: billboards, large scale digital signage, wayfinding systems, trade show booths, off-site pop-ups, etc.

  • Social media content and strategy

  • Copywriting and photography for marketing and consumer use

  • Research and brand strategy implementation

I am a collector of tin space toys and LEGO. Between dogs, cats and a chinchilla we have a small petting zoo at home. I love to read, I'm a total nerd for comic books, 20 year veteran of Comic-Con, tossing a lacrosse ball around, concerts and catching a movie in the theater. I love spontaneous road trips for a little bit of inspiration and I am always down for getting my hands dirty with a crafty project.

Thanks for taking some time to get to know me a little bit. Now that we have a few things to talk about let’s get in touch, I'd love to hear from you! Let’s see if we are mutual fit and find out how we can help each other out.
