Brief: Develop a brand strategy, logo, and marketing package for a new luxury apartment complex on the revitalized Main Street of East Orange, NJ.

 

Description: All aboard! Hickok Cole Creative partnered with Triangle Equities and Bozzuto to craft a brand strategy, logo and marketing package for an all-new luxury apartment complex on the re-energized Main Street of East Orange, NJ. Located at the historic Brick Church Station, this versatile visual system is inspired by vintage train tickets, symbols and patterns.

 

Drawing inspiration from the historic Brick Church Station, the visual identity for EMBARK at The Crossings features elements from vintage train tickets, signage, and patterns. The logo design is influenced by transit system maps, symbolizing the development as a central hub of downtown East Orange. The color palette and motifs blend modern aesthetics with historical references, creating a contemporary identity that pays homage to the location's rich heritage.​
